Cher was exactly what you'd expect. Dozens of dancers, video screens and acrobats augmented this "farewell" show. It was pure fluff and glitz... and damn entertaining. Descending from a giant chandelier crooning "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For," she already had the crowd locked up.

Every facet of her 40-year career was covered in some way. Often, her wardrobe changes matched the era that a given song was released. It was like time travel. There's Cher in 1965... in front of you. There's Cher in 1979... in front of you. There's Cher in 1999... you get the picture. It was odd and very satisfying. At one point she dared all the young "divas" like Britney, Christina and J. Lo with one statement: "Top this, bitches." Indeed.
